Very disappointing experience. Very disappointed customer! Totally unprofessional. You Quoted a price and then upped that price by $248.99 when the car was in the midst of repairs. You scheduled customer! Totally unprofessional. You Quoted a price and then upped that price by $248.99 when the car was in the midst of repairs. You scheduled an appointment and canceled it when I arrive there. You didn’t even have the part in stock. Meanwhile my daughter and I had to make adjustments in our day to drop off a car for this appointment. On the second appointment after you change the price once again you didn’t have the part in stock and had to delay another day. That’s not Customer Service. When you schedule appointments you should make good at those appointments. You should have your parts in stock for the appointment. And you shouldn’t quote anybody a price and then change the price when the car is in pieces. More
