After the 8th time of my truck being at the dealer for the same issue with no resolution, I asked that they keep the truck until they fix it. Instead of working with us, Joe decided to threaten us that if the same issue with no resolution, I asked that they keep the truck until they fix it. Also it takes 8 times before you choose to get a Chevy engineer out to work on our truck? We will never return to this dealership again for anything, and I strongly suggest no one else deal with them as well. More
