Horrible service, horrible product Took them 3 years and four transmissions and over 7k out of my pocket to find the original reason why my 2009 Traverse was constantly braking down. Excellence My roof seam molding came loose and I brought the Trax in to be fixed. Service fixed it, but by the time I got home it had come loose again. Greg orde My roof seam molding came loose and I brought the Trax in to be fixed. Service fixed it, but by the time I got home it had come loose again. Greg ordered a clip, but before that came in the molding just flew off the car. Greg then ordered a new molding for me. He stayed on top of my problem and reached out to me personally. Finally it’s fixed and so far, so good. FYI....my Trax isn’t even a year old. This shouldn’t have happened on a new vehicle!!! More
