Very Professional I have been purchasing and servicing cars and trucks at Hawthorne Chevy for over 40 years. Every one for the most part are very professional. With this last van, which I purchased Certified Preowned, there has been a popping sound from the engine. It is not consistent but has not been fixed. I would have expected a better price than I received since the bulk of the cost is always labor....a cost that is in the hands of the dealership.
