0 oil pressure, can’t be good Check engine light came on and noticed I had 0 oil pressure on my 2500 HD truck. Called the dealership several times over a four hour period. The girl told me each time that there was only one service consultant that handles trucks and was either with someone or away from his desk. After asking for the manager she connected me with the one person that can make a appointment. I brought the truck in the following Monday. Got lucky it was only the oil pressure sensor. Good people ,just need more than one person to handle pick-up trucks. More

Chevy 2016 dissatisfaction Terrible service advisor doesn’t even look at you when you are talking to him, car has not been fix in 11 months, car has been in and out of the servi Terrible service advisor doesn’t even look at you when you are talking to him, car has not been fix in 11 months, car has been in and out of the service multiple times that I even lost count. SO called “technicians”cannot figure out what is wrong with it cause they don’t test drive it. Now I’m talking to the service manager lets see how that goes. I’ll keep you all who read this posted. When I arrived, the appointment had been made for a different vehicle (that I had serviced there 5 years ago) and I was told that parts were not in stock and I would need to schedule a water test for a weekday since they are not performed on Saturdays. It seems to me that could have been communicated over the phone before I had cleared the day to have my only vehicle serviced. What a waste. More
