As a dealership service department, they aren't cheap, but I've always felt confident about the way they keep my truck in top shape. More

Fast service I brought the car in for an oil change, wiper blade replacement, multipoint inspection, and state inspection. All work was completed within three hour I brought the car in for an oil change, wiper blade replacement, multipoint inspection, and state inspection. All work was completed within three hours. I got a free courtesy car. And they even washed my car! More

Pricey oil change with attitude! I should have realized when I pulled into the service area without so much as a smile from the service rep that this was going to be “a bumpy ride”! I did get a one word yeah when I asked if I should leave the key in the car. I then was instructed to go into a small service advisor’s office and told the oil change would br $59.99 and “sign here” as he pointed to the service order. He did not go over anything else that would be done as courtesy checks, I.e. wiper fluid, brake fluid. I had to ask to have the tire pressure checked. I had made an appointment, but still waited over an hour for the oil change. And upon leaving not one thank you was heard. Seriously!!!! More

Good experience I have no problem with the service. However, I purchased a rear wiper blade on 11/12/18 in your service dept. When I realized it was more difficult to I have no problem with the service. However, I purchased a rear wiper blade on 11/12/18 in your service dept. When I realized it was more difficult to install than I thought, I decided not to attempt it. I returned to the dealership a few days later and one of the managers, in a white shirt, put it on for me in the parking lot, I gave him $5.00 for his trouble. To make a long story short, the wiper scratched my windshield, apparently a metal piece of the wiper blade was scratching the windshield. I had it replaced when I had the oil changed. The problem is, I can't get the scratches out. Any suggestions? More
