Many years ago I had my GMC truck serviced by your dealership. Can’t say sitting with a crowd of people waiting for a oil change was the service I was looking for. Until recently purchasing a new vehicle and bringing it to your shop is a new experience I’m enjoying a lot better. Knowledge and recommendations by Kerra and the blonde women behind the register has really changed my mind as a service center I want to bring my vehicle to. I went home and set up my On Star and my Chevy app and regained my new vehicle points. I really liked that. Although, asking for a business card which I was surprised they didn’t have. That needs to be worked on. I like the drive in garage to bring my car in. Noticed the update on your service hours on your door. A busy customer gets frustrated when the hours are incorrect. Coming from Wyckoff it’s nice you are a 5 minute drive from my home. I plan on trading my car in in around 5 years so I hope you have a bigger inventory available. That’s all folks! More

Not overly impressed, facilities were okay but the staff was lacking enthusiasm and customer service skills. Service rep wasn't friendly or said much. For a company who pushes reviews so hard I would make sure the team on the ground is aware and actively trying to provide a good customer experience. More
