I listed my overall experience as "great". That would not at all have been the case if it was not for Tyler. He is the only reason for the mark. There were several delays due to service department would not at all have been the case if it was not for Tyler. He is the only reason for the mark. There were several delays due to service department issues and poor workmanship. His follow-up and customer concern helped to make things right. Being a former Quality Director it is real hard for me to ever list anything at the highest level. This is the forth car I have bought from Hayes. It was almost my last but due to his efforts and communication I plan to buy again in the near future. More
This was mine and my wife's first major purchase as a married couple, and I must say it went VERY smoothly. Dean cared about what we were looking for and wanted to assist us in the best way possible. I t married couple, and I must say it went VERY smoothly. Dean cared about what we were looking for and wanted to assist us in the best way possible. I told him my budget and he stayed in it and everything ran smoothly. I can not say enough great things about Dean's customer service. Matt helped Dean because he was new. Matt is also very great and really cares about his customers. If you got make sure to ask for Dean or Matt, and they will take care of you to the highest ability! More
I have purchased 4 cars and my parents purchased 2 cars form Hayes dealerships. Each car purchase went smoothly, no gimics or hassles. I felt like a very valued customer and was treated with respect. Ruben form Hayes dealerships. Each car purchase went smoothly, no gimics or hassles. I felt like a very valued customer and was treated with respect. Ruben the finance guru in Oakwood manged to score us great finance rates. I will only go to hayes from now on. The auto body department in Oakwood repaired some major body damage to my husbands truck. It looked perfect. I will not go anywhere else. More

Preston was very friendly and easy to work with. First, I was told over the phone that I would receive 4000 to 4500 for my trade-in. After I drove 7 hours to the dealership, because they had the best price, I was told 3500 because of a VERY TINY dent i 4000 to 4500 for my trade-in. After I drove 7 hours to the dealership, because they had the best price, I was told 3500 because of a VERY TINY dent in the hood that you could barely see. Since they knew I wouldn't drive home empty handed they came up to 4000. The KBB value of my vehicle was 4975. I showed up at the dealership at 11am after leaving at 4am in the morning. The afternoon before I left I was told that the paperwork would be all taken care of except for the value of my trade, which was again, supposed to be 4000 to 4500. I was also told nothing about the fact that I needed an updated title showing my lien was paid off and that my lien release wasn't good enough. I got a sob story from the manager about how difficult it was for him to get a title for a different customers vehicle he had on the lot which led me to spend an hour on the phone with the lien holders while sitting in the dealership when they could've taken care of it themselves. Basically, it seemed that they were just being lazy. Mind you, this is after I drove 7 hours to get there. While I was on the phone with the lien holder, NO one decided they should get the paperwork together for me to sign. By the time they did, I was finally out of there by 2:30pm. A little simple math would show you I sat there and waited for them for 3 and a half hours, and I still had to drive 7 hours to get back home. While driving home I realized that the salemam forgot to give me my cordless head phones for the DVD players and the remote. I bought a Van. You would think in all THAT time they would have made sure everything was the way it was supposed to be before I drove it home. The only positive part of my experience is at least they didn't jack up the price when I got there. More
Began my search for a Town & Country with Hayes and clearly stated within the first few minutes of the conversation that I did not own a Chrysler vehicle and would not qualify for any loyalty discounts clearly stated within the first few minutes of the conversation that I did not own a Chrysler vehicle and would not qualify for any loyalty discounts so they should not be included. As we discussed prices and settled on a specific van and actual VIN # and after they had already ran my credit, Jerry comes back to me with the "oh wait you don't own a Chrysler?" so the price is going to go up by $1,000. After some deliberation we decided to go ahead even at the new pricing and I finally get a bill of sale. The next morning I'm informed that in order to get the financing deal I'm going to have to pay considerably more (even double) the amount of APR that I expected or that is comparative to local banks and credit unions. Ultimately it was one bait and switch after the other, poor communication and I would not recommend this dealer. More
We do alot of homework before purchasing a vehicle, we try to educate ourselves on the make, model, options, pricing, warranty, as well as finding out of any known problems associated with the vehicle; li try to educate ourselves on the make, model, options, pricing, warranty, as well as finding out of any known problems associated with the vehicle; like engine or transmisssion problems. Once we have narrowed our choices we then shop for pricing on both the new vehicle as well as the best price on our trade in. We always try to buy local first and we were very happy to find Hayes Chrysler of Oakwood to be our best choice for our last two purchases, the staff was very professional, they treated us right on both purchase price and trade in value and we got the vehicles we wanted. We would recommend Hayes Chrysler-Oakwood to anyone. More
