They followed me home to finish signing paper work, I noticed a crack in the windshield (Test drive was in the rain) I didn't notice before hand. I brought it to his attention, he didn't say much, I called the next day and spoke with the sales manager and he took my information and said he would get back with me. NO CALL. This is a CERTIFIED vehicle. I don't think its fair or right to sell a certified vehicle with a cracked windshield. ( One crack and a large chip on passenger side) For this I don't think I would recommend this dealership. More

Unlike most car salesman he was very upfront and I felt as though he was on my side. I didn't feel pressured to do anything. The sales manager came out to help with price and was very kind and gave me a great deal. I couldn't be more happier with my experience and would recommend Hayes and Eddie to anyone in the market for Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler vehicle. Not to mention Akon was in the building...aaaahhh!!! More
