I had received a card in the mail from the Internet Department initially stating they wanted to buy my car. I was very surprised when Dion the Internet Manager and Dana in Sales wanted to not only buy the Dart but also the Fiat I had. They worked with getting a great payment and loan option on a new 2015 Chrysler 200c. I would definitely recommend Hayes and will go back there for all my service and car purchasing needs. We event took the time to get approved by our bank before shopping. We stopped in Hayes to look at a Dodge Charger and was immediately approached with a smile by Mr. Moore. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and financing as well. After picking the 2014 Charger we went to financing only to find out they could give us a lower APR if we financed with them and not our bank. It’s nice to know they don’t want to just sell a car but also do what’s best for you money wise. Mr. Lary in financing was a pleasure to work with too. He made signing all the papers enjoyable and made sure you understood everything but also coached you through any decisions you needed to make. Mr. Moore took the time to send my car back to be cleaned because he felt it wasn’t clean enough, small things like that really made my experience great! Within 10 minutes of submitting the request, I received a call from Mark Wong, who told me that the vehicle was still available. I set up a time with him a few hours later to meet. After we talked on the phone, Mark texted me with his cellphone information and also provided me with more information on the Hayes dealership. Once I arrived to test drive the car, it was maybe 90 minutes at the most to complete the test drive, complete the sale, and finalize the financing.
