Excellent purchase experience. I found that JP Kim was very attentive to my needs and to the detail of the vehicle. Also I would like to mention that he introduced me to the Service Manager, Adrian White and the New car prep Manager, Walt McCart, both were of course very pleasant to meet. I of course met with Derek Langley, the Business Manager, who I spoke to about financing. Derek has a wonderful personality and easy to speak with not just regarding the financing of my vehicle but everything in general. I feel everyone at Hayes should be commended for an Excellent buying experience for the customer and from my perspective everyone I met was very accommodating! I'm happy to recommend Hayes! More

JP is more familiar with the car than most salespeople, which is a big plus. He provided us with what we asked for and did it for the right price. His preemptive bringing us water made us feel more like visiting someone's home than a car dealership. On the test drive, when I asked where I can go, he said anywhere you want to. The finance guy, Derek, made that part as painless as possible. He is helpful. Thank you all for a great experience! More

Because I couldn't chance breaking down driving from dealer to dealer, I chose to look for a vehicle online so I could compare used vs. new, features, prices, etc., and because Hayes is local to me, and because I have done business with them in the past, I chose to research what they had to offer via the internet. I felt like the site was thorough, even had a 'pre-qualify' link, through which I was approved. Within a few minutes of my internet experience, and at my request for someone to call me to answer further questions, Harrison Funk telephoned me. I can't say enough nice things about Harrison. He displayed great knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. He was engaging, he kept me informed throughout the lengthy process and he even gave up helping another customer that came in after I did. I just wish the process had not taken 5 1/2 hours. A couple of days after I bought my new vehicle, I heard a radio commercial about Hayes in Lawrenceville, and it was specifically advertising that you could find out exactly what your car payment would be in 15 minutes...'guaranteed'. Granted, I was there on their busiest day, Saturday; nonetheless, 5 1/2 hours is really too long. They had a lot of employees, all of whom seemed to be busy with a lot of customers, and it was obvious the business office was overwhelmed with researching and securing loans all whilst dealing with computer equipment that didn't want to work as hard as the staff. And, I wish I had walked outside to look over and 'spend time with' the vehicle I was trying to purchase instead of being cooped up in the little cubicle all that time. I also wish I had been given the opportunity to review, in detail, my finance choices, without feeling like I was the last customer being squished in at the last minute because the finance end had taken so long. I went in there with a firm stand on the max amount my payment could be, but because I had been there so long and the financial choices ended up not being so great, I reluctantly accepted a payment almost $100 more than what I can afford. I also wish my sales contract had been explained to me, line by line, in detail so that I understood better that even though I was trading my old vehicle in, I was still having to pay it off via the balance being added into my loan for the new vehicle. I did not really understand that, and like I said, since it was such a rush after 5 1/2 hours of waiting to get the paperwork signed, I just needed to get out of there and get all my other errands done for the day. I didn't want a new vehicle, I needed a new vehicle, but all-in-all, I wish I had just left after about the second hour and come back on a day when they weren't so busy and the computers weren't breaking down. But these issues did not affect Harrison's interaction with me, I realize the sales associates don't have control over the financial end. All in all, I will continue to do business with Hayes in Lawrenceville and I would recommend them to others. I also have previous experience with their Service department and would recommend them as well. More
Unauthorized Hard Credit Inquiry BEWARE!!!! They ran a HARD credit check WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! Stephen Weatherly (manager), who was EXTREMELY PUSHY, WOULD NOT TAKE TWENTY "NO's" fo BEWARE!!!! They ran a HARD credit check WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! Stephen Weatherly (manager), who was EXTREMELY PUSHY, WOULD NOT TAKE TWENTY "NO's" for an answer(!!!), Dennis Chadwick, and Orolando McNair (who I doubt made this damaging move) all were involved. When we finally,at 7:30 at night, had to tell Stephen that we have children at home who need us there now, he went on to talk about how unfair it was of people(meaning us) to let someone (him and his crew) do all the original work and then the potential customers go somewhere else to make a purchase. WE TOLD HIM FROM THE BEGINNING, EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED PRICE WISE, THAT WE WERE JUST LOOKING AND THAT THIS WAS OUR FIRST STOP. We see that his MO is through high pressure sales tactics. I already do not trust people, especially salesmen, but this unauthorized credit check went past the point of just lying to me - and went into the realm of messing with my family, knowing that my credit score could not afford another hard inquiry. My absolute worst fear of looking for a new automobile, has now come true thanks to these people who PRETEND TO CARE about my needs, until they realized that I was not going to sign. Feeling more than disgusted. Downright sick to my stomach over these people. Hayes Chrysler Dodge in Lawrenceville, GA has just lived up to the reputation of used car salesmen! More

When we arrived for the first time to purchase our van, JP was waiting for us with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. I felt comfortable with him immediately. The relationship was established right away. We had total trust in JP. He used our names frequently which personalized the service. JP was knowledgeable, highly professional, and very thorough in terms of "sealing the deal." Because of JP, I was able to get a great deal on my van with an affordable monthly price. He worked very hard to make sure we were completely happy with the deal. The following Monday we brought the van back for service. JP walked around to the service area and spoke with the mechanics to make sure that the we received "5 Star Service." When we drove our van home after the service, our van drove like a Lexus (smile). In addition to thanking JP, we would like to thank Fitz for all the hard work he did to with our van. I am extremely pleased with everything. I would highly recommend Hayes Dodge to all my friends and family! More
