I attempted to deal with a local Dealer re my wants and desires, and needs concerning the purchase of a new 2013 Jeep Sahara. His stock was limited, and although he gave it his best shot, he could not com desires, and needs concerning the purchase of a new 2013 Jeep Sahara. His stock was limited, and although he gave it his best shot, he could not compete with a much larger Dealership. I went online and came across this Dealership. Two phone calls later I had a price and 95% of the transaction was accomplished on line. I expressed what I wanted for my vehicle and what I expected to pay for my new 2013 Jeep Sahara. Orolando McNair sent me a form to fill out and informed that I would receive at least the amount reflected on the form. He also advised that it could be higher. When I arrived at the Dealership, they took my vehicle re ascertaining if the condition was on par with my statements concerning same. I was impressed that the final figure was $600 more than I expected. I filled out some paperwork, Orolando, being a complete professional, went over the new cars equipment, and I was on my way. Thia is the first time in 40 years I have EVER had something nice to say about a car Dealership. I only wish I lived closer to this Dealership to have my new car serviced. It should be noted that I asked where I could post a GOOD review about this Dealership and was referred to Dealer Rater. More

My husband and I were looking for a Toyota Sienna automobile. We did our research online to find the available vans in our area. Our search was quite stressful, to put it mildly. Being in our mid to late 50's, pre-approved with great credit, knowing what we wanted, we were ready to BUY! For the most part, we were treated as if we were ignorant first time buyers. Our expectation that we should be able to negotiate was met with sarcasm and condescension. At the MAJOR Toyota dealer in Stone Mountain, we had to go find a salesperson, and he became somewhat angry and quite disrespectful at our attempt to have a negotiation process! At the end of two VERY long and stressful days, we found ourselves at Hayes in Lawrenceville. Samantha greeted us immediately with warmth and sincerity, and talked to us about the Toyota we had seen online. Hayes was willing to negotiate with us, and we left with what we felt was a VERY fair price. Imagine, getting a good deal on a Toyota at Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep dealer after going to so many Toyota dealers, some as far away as Sandy and Powder Springs! Go figure, right?! I wish we had gone to Hayes to begin with, and saved ourselves a lot of stress and aggravation! The entire staff treated us with dignity and respect, and it was greatly appreciated!
