Bob was always very pleasant at my visits. His knowledge of the Jeep Wrangler was the best of the 5 dealerships I visited. That was the "best" and most appreciated attribute. This was the most positive car buying experience we have ever had. "Friendly Bob" was not only genuinely friendly, he had a direct no nonsence sales approach without any of the usual game playing that one n ever had. Trust me they have a BAD reputation as I have come to learn. They lost my trust and its SAD that Chrysler is affiliated with this pathetic dealership. I bought a 2013 challenger from this dealership and was given 4 free service coupons. i had the car in the shop for the past two days to get service and looked at. There is a noticable ticking sound and given 4 free service coupons. i had the car in the shop for the past two days to get service and looked at. There is a noticable ticking sound and apparently it is normal.... so it took 2 days to get an oil change. When I purchased the car the only pleasant person to work with was the salesman and the rest was terrible. and just as i suspected. the service department is some of the same. So instead of getting the issue fixed. I got an oil change and the issue is still present. I need to know if i can use these coupons somehwere else or if i will be paying to get my oil changed instead. Also, Powertrain warranty usually means they will fix problems and not just let me carry on. I would also like to write a review for the page instead of showing all the 5 stars. This dealership should not even have a business license the way i have seen it operate. Worst customer service I have honestly ever dealt with after Purchasing a $35,000 dollar car from you guys. You would think you would care about your customers. Alton was my saleman and he was the only pleasant person to work with. The sales manager Talked down to me and my mother like he did not want the sale. He also talked down to the salsman Alton. The only reason i bought from this dealersdhip was it was the car i wanted. Worst decision. Should have turned to Landmark or another Dealership. Worst Experience customer service wise that I have ever seen. Sales manager Nubian will deter other sales from happening. I've read other reviews where he was an issue also. Not a good manager and talks down to employees. I would rather pay to have my car serviced by somewhere that actually cared. The dealership got the money for the car then does not care. Not to mention when I bought the car they could not give me the detail right then.... So i drove 25 min back to the dealership to get this detail that they give you when you purchase the car. Sounds good right.... Wrong all they did was run it in the 2 min wash and didnt even dry it. didnt even go inside the car. I'm embarrassed I gave the dealership any money at all. and then this service appointment we got the car back from on tuesday. Never in my life have i ever seen a new car get taken in for servicing and not even run it through the wash. A comment was made and the service Guy just walked away and didnt even aknowledge the statement. Also i know for a fact that the tank of gas they filled the car up with when I got it. It was bogging down and they even said it. The car needs Premium. Dealership of all things should have known that. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE OR TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED HERE. THEY WILL NOT FIX IT. More
