My experience in purchasing vehicles in the past has been so so at best. My time at Hayes with JP has changed my view in purchasing vehicles. Such an excellent experience. We looked at both the Lawrenceville, and Gainesville locations, eventually finding the vehicle I was going to purchase at the Gainesville location. JP helped with getting the Jeep back to the Lawrenceville dealership, and completed the transaction quickly and efficiently. Both my wife and I are truly thankful for the ease and pleasure of the experience. We will be coming back to Hayes for future purchases and any and all maintenance on both of our Jeep vehicles. As a medic of five years I have found that I needed a vehicle like the dodge Ram 1500 I purchased today for different missions in which government vehicles are not available but most dealerships would not take me serious because of my young appearance it became frustrating until Royce started emailing me letting me know what my options were and the different prices options were for me. Then when I finally came to the dealership I was then afraid again that my young appearance would cause me not to be taken seriously but Royce was good to me and my mother and almost sold a car to my mom to. So I will be a returning customer to Hayes not for the deals (although that's always a plus) but because of Mr. Worley's customer service and dedication to his customers to meet there vehicle and their price needs. My last vehicle I was overcharged and wasn't real happy with the experience but I am now proud to be apart of the Hayes Family. They have a great selection there by the way! I contacted J.P. Kim in their internet sales department and he went to work making things happen for me. We talked several times over the morning of the 23 of December and by the afternoon I was on my way to the dealership. I have to say J.P. and their finance manager Derek Langley were great to have worked with. They worked hard getting a good deal for me and good financing rates too! It has to be the best car buying transaction I have ever gone through. I would recommend these guys to help get a new car or truck there at the dealership.
