My family has been using Hayes for a really long time. I decided I wanted to trade my Journey in for a Rendevous (I had had one before). It was exactly what I wanted and I wanted it really bad. No matter what I did this company did not want to work with me as they did not want my Journey setting on there lot. This was a used Acura dealer. I tried everything. My sister kept saying to go to Hayes to see if they would help me. I did not call them but she did and to make a long story short Hayes got me this vehicle. They were wonderful in everyway. I have known for a long time that this is one company I trust with my car. Their service department is just as great. I will recommend them to anyone for any service. We drove 1.5 hrs up to the dealership because they had the used car we wanted. They did a great job of working with us before we drove all that way to make sure the financing would go through so our trip the used car we wanted. I always worry about used cars because I assume it's there because it was having problems but with the background information they had on the car I knew we weren't getting junk. This was kind of a difficult sales because I live in MS, bought the truck while I was in FL without ever going to the dealership in GA. Dion Gilbert, earned every penny of his commission on this sale. He bought the truck while I was in FL without ever going to the dealership in GA. Dion Gilbert, earned every penny of his commission on this sale. He worked very hard to get the deal I wanted with all the options I wanted added, and had the truck shipped to me in MS. The truck arrived looking great and I have had no problems with it. There are easier ways to buy I truck, but don't think I could have gotten any better customer service any from dealer any where. And most important, I got the truck that wanted and could not find one within 300 miles of where I live.
