HAVING MOVED TO GEORGIA FROM INDIANA LAST FALL, I WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH ANY DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA. UPON LOOKING ON THE INTERNET FOR A PICKUP TO REPLACE MINE WHICH HAD BEEN TOTALLED IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT, I FO FAMILIAR WITH ANY DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA. UPON LOOKING ON THE INTERNET FOR A PICKUP TO REPLACE MINE WHICH HAD BEEN TOTALLED IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT, I FOUND ONE THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND WAS DIRECTED TO KEN HONEA. HE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AND TOLD ME HE WOULD HOLD THE UNIT UNTIL I CAME TO LOOK AT IT.I DROVE THE UNIT AND WAS QUITE HAPPY WITH IT. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT NEED ATTENTION AND THEY WERE TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT A WAY. I WAS THEN TAKEN TO MR. JACKSON WHO HANDLED THE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE PICKUP. I WAS QUITE IMPRESSED WITH THE FRIENDLYNESS AND KNOWLEDGE OF ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES I DEALT WITH. Overall, I really enjoyed my car buying experience with Hayes. I was able to get a great car at a really good price. Fred was easy to work with and gave me a great price on my car. The entire process of test driving and purchasing took less time than expected, which was an added bonus. The best part of the experience also came after I purchased the car. When I got home, I noticed a scratch on the bumper of the car. I called the dealership on Monday morning, and they told me to bring it in. I was able to bring it in the next week and get the car fixed in a decent amount of time with no hassle. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is intereted in purchasing a new car at a great price with little hassle. More
