Before visiting this dealership, my intention was to visit a geographically-closer one. I opted to visit Hayes instead due to many unfavorable reviews of the closer one. At the time I test drove the car, I had no inclination to make the purchase same-day, as I was still planning on test-driving at least one other model. But Mr. Cox struck us as so friendly, we literally decided after leaving the dealership to turn around and go back. From the initial "sell" of the car, to the test drive, to the Q&A and through the negotiation and paperwork process, both James and Darius were friendly, patient, and willing to answer all of the questions we had. Fortunately we got enough for the trade in and got a good interest rate on the loan and were able to leave with our new van. The salesman was very personable and understood that we had a budget we need to stick with. He did not try to sell us on something we could not afford.
