This was by far the easiest and most pleasant purchase of a vehicle we have ever experienced. Our salesman (Bill Mathis) was awesome, he didn't pressure us to buy and was up-front & honest about the pri a vehicle we have ever experienced. He was friendly and seemed to be genuinely concerned about meeting our needs both in product & financing. It was late, so he told us to think about it & come back the next day if we were still interested, that made us want the vehicle even more. The next day, we returned & He answered all our questions and provided documentation such as the Car Fax & the Black book value for our trade in. Our finance person (Christina Read) was also great, she was both efficient and effective in explaining all our paperwork. She was able to get us a better interest rate on Monday when the banks opened and completed new paperwork that we signed. Again, she was genuinely interested in our needs and treated us like family. Although the van made a horrible noise upon cranking the next day after our purchase, I returned it to the service department that Monday and Glenn Lamberth was able to identify and have repaired under the warranty the problem and even waived the deductible. Already, I have recommended this team of professionals to all my co-workers and friends both locally and out of state. We are even considering trading my husband's F250 4DR Diesel used to tow our 5th wheel for one of the Dodge Ram trucks in the next few years - we would never have considered a Dodge truck before this experience. So my sincere appreciation to a wonderful staff which I can only assume is following the leadership of a wonderful owner. More

Brought my car in for a trade-in to buy a used Jeep Patriot. I was a little disappointed with the trade-in value but I did get a good price on the Jeep. I got a great deal from the folks at Hayes and my sales person Jim Cox. I had done a lot of research on the vehicle I was looking for and knew that the price was good. I'd also like to point out the great service program they have where you can accumulate points based on the dollars you spend getting work done. Then, every so often you can use your points to pay for service. I'll admit I haven't read much on it yet, but I figured I'd get all my basic service done there and save up the points for the big 50K or 75K services. Either way it's great because by being a part of the program, their pricing is phenomenal. As good if not better than the "quick lube" type places. Especially with a Hemi and it's 7+ quarts of oil. In case you didn't get it, I am very happy that I chose Hayes, although it feels a lot like they chose me. Great Great experience. More

I have a 07' RAM with the 5.7 Hemi. The dealer in Union City quoted me $400 to change the spark plugs, along with a couple of independant shops! Only $225 at Haynes!
