When it was time to close the deal the Sales Manager or Finance Guy Courtney from Houston had the absolutely worst attitude to the fact we were leaving the dealership to pay more money for another vehicle at another dealership. But due to how great out salesperson was we felt loyal to her. Overall Great experience just terrible finance Manager glad I didn't need him to get me approve. More
