He knew I had found the vehicle through my credit union, and that I had financing. He was not pushy, but very informative. I had my two small children with me, and he brought them coloring books and crayons and snacks. We were in and out in under an hour... And my kids both loved him and the new car! We didn't take the vehicle home that day AHS we were putting a DVD system in it through the dealership. He called me on his day off to make sure that the vehicle was ready for pickup, so that they didn't keep us waiting.
