This is the 4th car I've bought from them and it's my first Jeep ever. My taste in cars is changing because of Hayes. I used to be a Toyota man, but the Chrysler/Jeep brand has impressed me enough to make me switch. I was so looking forward to picking up my new Grand Cherokee, but I couldn't get a ride to the dealership. "No problem", he said, "I'll pick you up!" The salesman then asked me a few questions about my musical taste and when he picked me up in my new Jeep, he had my favorite music pre-programmed into Sirius/XM. Driving that car back to the dealership was pure nirvana. It's the small touches that Hayes excels in. Attention to detail and consideration toward the customer are their strengths.
