I had my car towed to Chrysler Dodge dealership Mall of Georgia. I had no choice as to where my car was to go as it was towed to the nearest dealer. On Sunday evening I, a single mother with a very young child, was stranded. I had four days of being disappointed, getting nowhere with progress, trying to find ways to get my young child to daycare and myself to work as I was not provided a rental from Chrysler Mall of Georgia. Needless to say I was feeling more than frustrated. Today I went to Hayes Chrysler in Lawrenceville where I bought my car (third car purchase there). I thought I would just to see if they could help me in any way. I was immediately greeted with smiles from everyone when I walked in the door. I was beyond stressed by other life circumstances. My car issues were just the icing on the cake that broke me this week. Everyone at Hayes treated me as though I was someone who mattered to them. I was told by Eric Matte that I was part of the "Hayes" family especially since I had purchased my car there. Those are just words. Anyone can say that. BUT..... It was his actions and attitude that made me FEEL like family and that someone out there cares about a single hard working mom who needs someone to care and be taken care of on occasion. I cannot say enough about the small gestures, the calm demeanor, and soothing voice as he not only dealt with me but also the other representatives at the Mall of Georgia Chrysler to try his best to get my issues resolved. CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKING I purchased a used car on March 26, 2016. My salesman, Scott, was an average salesman...not too pushy, friendly, etc. The manager did not come down I purchased a used car on March 26, 2016. My salesman, Scott, was an average salesman...not too pushy, friendly, etc. The manager did not come down but a few hundred on the car which it needed a new paint job due to lots of paint flaking off, hub caps scraped really bad and a couple areas were dinged up. My husband was adamant about buying it for my daughter because it was a "safe car" for her 1st car so we went back later in the evening. Scott read us a list of things that were supposedly replaced and that all the normal items had been thoroughly checked on the car. He wandered around the show room trying to find the 2nd set of keys and said that the shop was locked up since it was late so he would find it on Monday and send it to us. On our 2 hour drive home in the dark, we discovered that we had no headlight or high beam on the passenger side. Luckily, we were not pulled over but we did have to spend our own money to replace them since the dealership really didn't seem to care. Now, after many texts to the dealership, Scott informed me that he cannot locate the 2nd key more than 3 weeks after purchase and the manager said there never was a 2nd key. If they truly cared, they would order one! Don't waste your time, they are out for the almighty dollar! More

After being extremely frustrated with several days of hours upon hours spent at different places, I contacted Hayes Dodge Chrysler Jeep about one of their vehicles that I was interested in. I asked the salesman, Ernest Clarke, if we could please begin to discuss numbers over the phone due to multiple dead ends that I had reached at other dealerships just recently. He said sure, I gave him what I knew I could afford and where I wished to be in terms of payments. He said he would get back with what he came up with. I received a call back that day explaining the deal he had worked up. After just a few minutes of negotiating, we had reached a tentative deal. I went to the dealership the next day. Ernest knew my time was valuable and we wasted no time test driving the vehicle and starting the finance process. Ernest was very thorough and explored and explained all of my options to where I could understand them and make an informed decision. I met with Magdalena Barbiaz to discuss finances and finalize the deal. She is nothing short of amazing. They both were such a pleasure to work with and I felt they kept my best interest in mind which I really appreciate. My experience as a whole was wonderful, with each person that was involved. I left and within a hour JP called to inform me they could make the trade and they would stay late to wait for me to come back to town. I arrived back after closing, test drove the vehicle, signed papers and left. In financing, Courtney even informed me he had squeezed in a warranty and maintenance plan! Its been less than a week but thus far I'm thrilled with the 2014 Durango I got to take home! I would definitely shop with Hayes again. More
