He took the time to find out why I needed an SUV (space for our new baby), the payment I wanted to stay with, the amount I was hoping to get out of my trade & what features I was looking for within my new vehicle. With the criteria in mind- Eddie walked me around the lot, showing me multiple vehicles with multiple features, while keeping my budget in mind. What made me happiest about working with Eddie was that, he never tried to push a more expensive vehicle on me, or talk me into features I didn't need/wasn't looking for. I ended up purchasing a Jeep Cherokee. The financing & purchasing was an absolute breeze. Eddie and the whole team worked extremely hard to get me in the car I wanted, with payments I was comfortable with. The atmosphere within the dealership is inviting & you can feel the friendship / family bond the team there has. Everyone there is a realist- which I personally love- they are not there to up sell you a Dodge Viper, when all you can afford is a Jeep Cherokee.
