Got there with an appointment at 9:30 for oil change n tire rolation. Took 2 hours. Regular oil change should be 45 minutes max. Never took it back for an hour. If you have an appointment your car should More

Thank you for your response. Your service advisor (nice lady) kept me informed but she could do nothing about the wait. As a matter of fact even though I was first customer she did inform me it would be at least an hour. I wonder what the wait is if you show up around nine am? I have no Idea who Mark Chitwood is but since you asked I assumed he is shop manager, hence the one star. Your competition offers an oil change in thirty minutes.
