My vehicle was dropped off after hours on 1/26/24 to be diagnosed for a Check Engine Light throwing multiple codes and a Multi point inspection. Dealership had it all day until close on 1/27/24 and we were diagnosed for a Check Engine Light throwing multiple codes and a Multi point inspection. Dealership had it all day until close on 1/27/24 and we were advised it could be picked up. 1. The RO stated 1 code not multiple and the multi point inspection was never went over just written as 7mm in front and 5 mm in back which wasn't accurate as I will post those photos as well nor did we discuss that lights were out you would think on an inspection that would be an easy catch. I called the service manager and expressed my concerns on 1/29/24 and he stated he wasn't aware of a second code but to call him back and we could discuss. By 2-2-24 Me and the other person had attempted to call the service manager back over 11 times so I leave work early to go talk to the service manager. At this point it became very clear what and whom the problem was Ted Hayes and an issue he has with a former employee who dropped MY vehicle off so instead of refusing service which he has the right to do he choose to be unethical and take payment for a service that wasn't provided and clearly had no intention of correcting it. It did end up at another Dodge dealership a few days later with a complete different diagnosis. So here I am on Google and next will be yelp,facebook, Bbb and of course Hayes comes 1st on that building but it does operate under the Chrysler logo. More
I brought my Jeep in to Hayes CDJR Lawrenceville for a bad coolant leak. Daniel Deadwyler was the service advisor handling my case. He charged me $211 for a diagnosis to my vehicle that was false. He claimed I had a faulty thermostat that would cost over $900 to repair. I declined. Turns out, the water inlet pipe was tampered with from a different dealership I’d been to prior. My bumper to bumper warranty expired and it was obvious why he tried to uncharged the case. I will never bring my business to this dealership ever again, they have dishonest employees who takes advantage of people.. More
