From the moment we met her, we knew she was a sincere, caring, knowledgeable professional and were very comfortable leaving the car with her. She called us every day with updates and status of the repair. There were no surprises except to find out that the bill was $50 less than she quoted us. How often does that happen? We would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Service Department Takes Forever and Aggressive Sales Tactic Service department NEVER has working WIFI even though they take forever to get your car work done. Sales Manager very aggressive when going through the car buying process. When I asked about the WIFI they acted like they didn't care. They had me scheduled for the wrong day to get paint done. I had to call three times to find out when the paint guy was actually going to be there and got wrong info each time.... Got a software update recall notice and was told when I got there with an appointment that it was going to take hours to be resolved. So much for appointments I guess.... They've really gone down hill over the last few years... More

While waiting in customer lounge was politely approached to inquire if I would be interested in upgrading my car. Sho nuf! Was given to Chris to discuss my needs, loan requirements and budget limits. Initial offer was more than fair but out of my reach - still upside down on my car. Little give n take on both sides. Left with brand new 2 yo car! Never felt pressured and enjoyed chatting with Chris and Eddie. More
