I want to especially thank Tony Frazier for listening to our needs and being there, as mentioned, thru the entire process. Throughly explained all the operating fucntions of the 2 vechicles we were interested in. He made sure to give me a complete tour of the dealership including the parts and service departments. In the past, buying a new car has never been a good experience for me, filled with unnecessary price negotations and unwanted high pressure sales tactics.
