She went to Discount Tire had a Free inspection, they laughed at mazdas findings and how a single lady is often a mark at dealerships. I had my mazda in for a check engine light a few mths. ago and was told I need new fuel injectors for $1000. Another facility said the light was triggered by putting in a new air filter, and to put in a $5 can of seafoam if it would make me feel better. The car runs perfectly. Also, I have in writing from their prior service writer that they would replace my driver's seat which has an issue mazda is aware of. They now reneged on this. I wrote the sales manager twice with no reply. Customer service has gone way down since Max and Dani left as service writers. With mazdas sales issues you would think a customer who has purchased five mazdas wouldn't have all this nonsense to deal with. More
