I've been buying cars since the early 80's and on Ebay nationwide since the early 90's. Last week (7/8/2022), I found a pristine, 2018 Subaru Forester Touring XT 2.0 turbo at this dealership. I also h nationwide since the early 90's. Last week (7/8/2022), I found a pristine, 2018 Subaru Forester Touring XT 2.0 turbo at this dealership. I also had a deposit down on a brand new 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness at my local Subaru dealership. I decided to take the 3 hour drive from home to see the 2018 at Headquarter Mazda. I worked with Tony R., Asael A. and Jesus. The experience was such, that I ultimately canceled the purchase of the new 2022 unit, bought the 2018 and invited the guys to stay at the farm in the Dominican Republic as a thank you and to continue new-found friendships. I believe that with the advent of selling formats like Tesla/Carvana/Carmax and soon-to-follow Ford, the traditional hard line tactics will [thankfully] die off. I think Headquarter Mazda is headed in the right direction with a customer service first policy. The future of car buying is here, and only those that adapt will survive! My issue was dealt with in a thorough manner. Upon a technical evaluation, it was decided parts needed to be replaced. Those parts were ordered. I was given a loaner car by the dealership.
