Update- Seriously would go somewhere else! This dealership has care for their customers whatsoever. They will mis-lead and mis-represent things in order to make money. We were told by Nathan, their sales manager, that he would make up for it with little things here and there, but he did absolutely none of that. When we spoke to their “customer relations” manager after leaving a Facebook review (after almost 7 days of her not returning phone calls), we were told it was between us and the dealer and there was nothing she wanted to or could do to help and then we were blocked from their Facebook page. Really shady business practices this dealer has. We just purchased our 2nd and 3rd cars from HQ Mazda and had another fabulous experience. Jordan helped us in the beginning and we also got to work with Martin this time and he is absolutely wonderful. He was patient, never made us feel feel pressured, took the time to answer all of our questions, is very knowledgeable about the brand, and helped me drive away with the new CX-30. Chris from finance was great again as well! This is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for a high quality car and a pleasant, no pressure, and enjoyable car buying experience. Easy to deal with, came in after looking at seven different brands and models and found out what I was comfortable with, especially with options. Lots of dealers are selling stripped down units in bl different brands and models and found out what I was comfortable with, especially with options. Keith was very friendly, walked us through all the features and made sure the vehicle was squeaky clean when it was delivered. Trust me, it had a couple water spots he was not happy with and took it back unannounced (I hadn't noticed it myself). The whole dealer process took a hour from the time we walked in until me and the wife were back out the door. The CX5 (Limited) was quite sporty. I own a 2021 Honda Odyssey which i adore but pricing games turned me off, as well as inventory issues in the 5 ones i checked in Florida. I just dropped by Headquarter Mazda unannounced looking and they were on it, not one of these "take it or leave it" attitudes like many dealers have right now.
