Follow-up and dialogue from owner Heather Cannon, as well as beating a price commitment from the large-city Wichita, I decided to go ahead and buy due to a combination of things: Honda's sizeable cash-back offer, Honda's 2.9% 72-month financing, additional cash back for being a 2003 or later owner of a Ford (and several other makes), the fact that now is the time to by a hybrid (Honda Civic) since gas prices are relatively low and they can go for MSRP when gas is back high, and they only had the one hybrid left. This is the first new vehicle I've bought since 2008. I found the easiest thing about it was that I was able to sort out all the details via email and through the on-line Honda finance application; rather than the usual vagueness from most dealerships wanting to get you out on their lot before they'll get into a serious discussion. Anyway, felt I got a very good car that should last a long time, and the price I got it for relative to a non-hybrid Civic, we figured I'd pay for that difference in gas savings in three years and I plan to drive it far longer than that. Now the currently vehicle I have and kept, I needed new tires and arranged for Cannon Honda to put them on. The process of notifying me once the vehicle was ready and getting it back home deviated from what I was originally told, but not a big issue - perhaps lack of communication. More

We have been coming to Cannon Honda for over 9 years. The service is always good. I usually can get an appointment for oil change in a day or two. They are always willing to answer my dumb questions! We came to Cannon Honda looking for a Honda Pilot. Steve told us about the different models, and we gave him an idea of what we were looking for. Excellent customer service, going above and beyond my expectations. It was finished in a timely manner, and they even took the time to double check everything, as my warranty was about to expire.
