Hebert's Town and Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I noticed metal shavings in my oil and took it to the dealership. The service department informed me to just keep an eye on it and when the motor decides to go out they would then look into it. So, I was either going to not have a vehicle for however long or it go out after my warranty and then it would become my responsibility to fix it. Not only that but they were supposed to order parts to fix my passenger window. They informed me they would give me a call in about 3 weeks when parts arrived. 2 months later I show up to discuss the metal in the oil and ask about my window parts. They didn't realize the parts had come in and just didn't call me. All in all I am very disappointed since I only had the car 5 months! More
