I am a repeat customer from Dallas traveling 185 miles passing up many other dealerships to come purchase my vehicles from Town and Country not because they sale cars other dealerships don’t sale. I purchase my vehicles there because of the atmosphere and employees who give me that wonderful feeling you get when you go back home and family and friends are genuinely happy to see you and so glad you came back to visit.My first encounter as a repeat customer was with Zach the Finance Manager. He texted me and this grabbed my attention because calling can sometimes be inconvenience during working hours. He listened to my needs and helped me pick out the best choice for me and even sent a video of him going over it’s features. He blew me away with how thorough he is. Upon coming to the lot I thought Jere the salesman, Zach placed me with would complete the sale but Juan had to assist me instead and I could have became a little anxious because he and I had no prior introduction but he greeted me like an old friend and I was pleasantly surprised! Juan is an excellent salesman. He waisted no time getting the paperwork started and explaining again features on the vehicle and each step in finalizing the sale. He didn’t send me but escorted me to each office that I had to visit. Claude in finance was awesome as well. He even took time to educate me on taxes and Texas car inspections. He took his time resulting in me feeling relaxed and not rushed during the paperwork sighing and afterwards there was Juan waiting patiently. My pass experiences with other car lot salesmen were of me looking for them after signing my paperwork because they’re juggling twenty other things and I’ve signed therefore not a priority anymore but not Juan. He assisted me transferring my things and allowed me to witness him personally take my old plates off my trade-in. He even explained why it was best that he return my plates instead of me…..WOW! Thank you Town and Country for a job well done AGAIN because your sales team really make the difference.and is the source of why I repeatedly travelled across two states to purchase my vehicles. I went back to them and was able to get a great deal on a Laramie mid price leather great deal that was in my budget. A year later my state retirement kicked in and I went back, got my money what I paid for in trade-in and got the top of the line Ram limited. So they met my needs when I was low on cash, had cash coming in and had enough money to buy what I wanted. I dealt with three sales persons. Each sale person has their own personality good and flawed qualities. The sales manager talked to me each time how the deal went. I was honest on the likes and dislikes. This made each other time I came back only better. More
