I went in for just an oil change at the express desk, no one there. Waited a bit 7-8 min, still no one so called main dealer number and she said there should be 2 people there, I said nope. A few minutes la one there. Waited a bit 7-8 min, still no one so called main dealer number and she said there should be 2 people there, I said nope. A few minutes later a guy Justin showed up, he was very apologetic for not being there. They took the car in, did the oil change etc, then I realized I had an email for $10 off service and showed him that and he adjusted my bill. At the end he also washed my car in apology for not being at the desk and asked to rate him a 10 on the reviews. I have been a supervisor myself in healthcare and tho a woman expect a 10 to be perfect. I appreciate the effort to “make it up to me” but have found dealerships rather condescending to females and a 10 is still perfect in my book and they weren’t, I give them a good rating. More

Although your dealership usually fails to communicate by telephone with customers, your actual service is great. My service writer, Shirley, did a great job assisting me. Shirley advocated for a total of three repair items that were covered under the agreement that otherwise would likely not have been covered. The quality of work performed was accurate and timely. I got the vehicle back just in time to go to a long distance doctor's appointment in Austin, TX. I have given up on the idea that anyone at your dealership will ever return a phone message left for the service department!
