I was told my warranty only covered the lamp so I had to pay 375 to get fixed myself .. day 3 the tail light goes out.. the service center stated it was caused by lamp. Took car back to Town and country Shreveport.. they kept my vehicle all day stating they were waiting on part to come in.. the second day still waiting on part. I picked up vehicle day 3 I get a call stating lamp is not covered and it will be 800$ to fix. I haven’t had my new vehicle a week and already Im out of 375 and about to be out of 800$ more dollars.. my seller will not fix lights but offered me a discount at 320$. I haven’t paid car note yet nor has it been a full week. I can not drive my new vehicle because I do not have lights nor can I afford to fix it!! I feel robbed tricked and taken advantage of. Dealer states if I return vehicle I will be out of 6000$ and ruin my credit .. what should I do? More
