Service at Hebert’s town and country I felt the dealership could have offered more in terms of selling me the vehicle. In terms of talking and making a good opening deal. I just had to do a ton of research and felt like I wasn’t a wanted customer because the dealership wasn’t making it’s tip margin on the vehicle being sold. The salesman Dalton Meshell was accommodating and helped with any problem that occurred and was ready to fix it. The overall communication from the dealership was middle of the road and it felt like I had to nag to get anything done. Almost Satisfied I scheduled a service visit because I was having some issues with my 2009 Dodge Charger. The scheduler was a delight to work with, and my service adv I scheduled a service visit because I was having some issues with my 2009 Dodge Charger. The scheduler was a delight to work with, and my service advisor was 1st rate. However, after spending nearly $1,000 to resolve the issues I was having with my car, one of the original issues still exists. Moments after leaving the dealership, one of the warning lights related to the brake system displayed. It was one of the issues I was trying to get resolved. I am having to bring the car in again so that the technician can inspect it to see why this problem persists. I live nearly 35 miles away from the dealership. So finding the time to return to it takes some time and effort. If they can resolve my problem on this 2nd visit, I would give them 5 stars, but for now 4 stars is as high as I'm willing to rate them. And that's being generous at this point. More
