Customer Service at its BEST From the time my wife, son and I walked into Hebert's Town and Country and met with our salesman David, we knew we were in good hands. He came recomm From the time my wife, son and I walked into Hebert's Town and Country and met with our salesman David, we knew we were in good hands. He came recommended by a mutual friend of my wife, and it was a spot-on recommendation. We had an idea of the type of vehicle we were looking for to purchase for my son as he started college (yep, he got scholarships for college, so we rewarded him with a reliable vehicle). But we hadn't nailed the exact vehicle down. David worked with us through a few options, and it wasn't long before he showed us a pre-owned truck that was in excellent shape. He was familiar with the previous owner who had made the trade-in, so his knowledge of the history of the truck was a real selling point for us, considering the truck was 8 years old. But it had low miles and was in great condition. Although we didn't leave that day with the sale completed, David was quite considerate of our time and understood that we needed to ensure we were making a wise decision. We prayed about our decision, talked it over with our son, checked into insurance rates, loan payment....and we contacted David to say let's move forward with the sell. We came in to sign the paperwork and make a few changes (such as adding a spray-in bedliner, blue-tooth, and hitch), and David made that process quite easy. We completed all the paperwork and financing and left the truck there to have the modifications done, and were on our way. David stayed in communication with me that day and into the next. Later the next day, he sent me a text the to say, "Truck ready sir!" Outstanding, I thought. My son, daughter and I went to Hebert's on March 27 to pick up the truck, and we were all super happy. My son got to pose with David (with a thumbs up) with his 'new' truck for the "Look what I bought" photo, and the smile on my son's face was beaming! David's expression was also quite happy, and I felt he was sincerely happy that we were excited about this experience. Pretty cool. David made the process of looking for a vehicle, deciding on which one to buy, purchasing the truck, and delivery of the truck to be quite smooth. Not once did we feel pressured, but actually were quite comfortable (how often can you say that when you're about to shell out thousands of dollars at a car dealership!?) I'm actually in need of a truck for myself, and if it's Hebert's where we go, you can bet that the guy I'm going to see is David Rivas! I recommend you check him out, too!
