I was very upset about the factory defect of my door/console panels separating from the frame of my car. I have been a loyal and faithful client for over forty years and felt no one wanted to help door/console panels separating from the frame of my car. I came in for a recall, mentioned a concern about something else and ended up having to buy two batteries which I was informed that I needed to purchase before the recall problem could be taken care something else and ended up having to buy two batteries which I was informed that I needed to purchase before the recall problem could be taken care of. However, when I called and inquired about this from the recall site, they were unaware of the need to purchase batteries in order to repair the recall issue. I spoke to the service representative and was told that it must have been a misunderstanding with regards to the purchase of two batteries in order to move forward with the recall repair. Needless to say, I was not happy with the service. More
