Bait & Switch, BUYER BEWARE! Inquired about a 2017 3500, price quote was too high. Manager called the next day to work a deal - used a corporate discount to get price close to whe Inquired about a 2017 3500, price quote was too high. Manager called the next day to work a deal - used a corporate discount to get price close to where we wanted. Dealership is 3½ hours from our house so we worked all the details & financing via phone & messaging. Sealed financing through Chrysler with $10,000 down. Gave $1,000 over the phone to hold vehicle for two days so we could make the road trip that weekend, EASTER WEEKEND! Got a cashier's check for the remaining $9,000 down payment, added our believed new truck to our insurance & headed out at 7am to assure we were home to enjoy the holiday weekend with our children... Arrived excited to see our truck in person only to find a lesser model waiting. Dealer was unapologetic & even laid blame on my husband for NOT paying attention to a STOCK # even though there was NO OTHER TRUCK SIMILAR LISTED ONLINE BUT THE ONE WE INQUIRED ON! The truck we placed $1,000 to hold was apparently sold the day AFTER we paid $1,000 and the truck waiting for us wasn't even listed in their online inventory!!!! We were then bullied to believe due to them already running & obtaining financial approval we would NOT BE ABLE TO BUY ANYWHERE ELSE.... Left completely heartbroken for being so naive to believe their charade & IRATE that they took us HOSTAGE over EASTER WEEKEND, KNOWING VERY WELL WHAT THEY HAD DONE, they sold it out from under us for a higher profit after it had been reserved with a deposit but didn't have the couth to let us know before we drove 3 1/2 hours! More
