Mr. Rivas was easy to talk to, asked what we were looking for and made sure we were his main concern. Not knowing for sure, he offered 3 suggestions he wanted us to see. We negotiated the lease over email and phone. Once the final number was agreed on he made sure that the car was ready, finance had all their ducks in a row, and the insurance was handled.
