I had found a vehicle that I was interested in on Kelley Blue Book and called about it the day before and spoke with Mr. Bruce Spillers and when we arrived we were greeted before we got to the door and asked who we were there to see. I appreciated that and felt that it showed that the staff respected each other. Bruce was down home friendly and answered all our questions with knowledge and truthfulness. At no time did I ever feel pressured (such a relief from previous experiences at other dealerships). Bruce walked us through each stage of the purchase and made sure we were taken care of. The lady that took care of insurance was very good at her job and super sweet. Also, Mr. Jeff Brooks did a fantastic job finishing up paper work and explaining options. There was never any high pressure sales spills, only good advice meant to help. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the entire transaction was finalized. Bruce had the car washed and vacumed before he gave us the keys to our new/used car. The entire staff and dealership seemed to exhibit the same friendly, laid back attitude and our overall experience was very pleasant. Not only did I get the vehicle I was looking for, I feel like I have made new friends that would greet me just as warmly if I just stopped by to say 'Hi'. A long story, short! My wife and I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon for a few weeks before coming across Hebert's Town and Country. We live about 30 My wife and I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon for a few weeks before coming across Hebert's Town and Country. We live about 30 minutes away and there was a Jeep Dealership closer to us than Hebert's. We had visited the closer Jeep Dealership to find out they didn't have any stock of what we wanted, and would have to order. The salesman helping us was nice, but not very knowledgeable on Jeeps. We decided to look further and stumbled onto Herbert's Town and Country. And low and behold, they had almost the exact Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon we wanted! Initially I had been working with Jason Prudhomme, however, he was off work the Saturday we had wanted to visit the dealership. Jason, over text message, let me know to see Rodd Singleton, the sales manager. Upon showing up at the dealership we were greeted right away and I asked to see Rodd. Rodd came out, keys in hand, and walked us to the Jeep we had wanted to look at. He said, go ahead, take it for a spin, and let us drive off. Boy oh boy were we happy. We returned after a test drive and pulled right up front. I went to Rodd and said, "Let's make a deal". Rodd let me know he would find a salesman for me. A little while later David Rivas showed up. David, greeted us, made us comfortable, and listened to our requests and made them happen. David is genuinely a great person. Kind words, completely polite, took his time with us, and helped us purchase our Jeep! Once we made it into the finance office we were even happier. Jeff Brooks assisted us in getting the rate we wanted. Overall the experience was extremely pleasant and I will forever recommend Hebert's Town and Country. Jason Prudhomme, Jeff Brooks, and Rodd Singleton were absolutely amazing people. But David Rivas takes the cake. You won't find another car salesman that's looking out for your best interest. More
