But, I believe it necessary to say something when a person goes above and beyond just doing their job. John Frazier, went well above and beyond what was/is required of him. Not only did he help me to insure that my truck was fully repaired. He, and some of the other managers, when they found out that my son was being born around the time that my truck would be complete, they got my son and my wife gifts and John himself brought my truck too me rather than having me leave my new born first child to pick up my truck. John Frazier and the entire team at this dealership has gone to the nth degree to take care of and help. Thank all of y'all, I really do not know how to properly thank all of you. Jordan M.
