Fantastic experience! I hadn't bought a new car in over 15 years. When it made more sense to buy a new auto rather than continue to repair our old one, my wife and I went w I hadn't bought a new car in over 15 years. When it made more sense to buy a new auto rather than continue to repair our old one, my wife and I went window-shopping. After some research, we had a couple of different vehicles in mind. As we were looking at Hebert's Town and Country dealership, Cameo Buckner came up to greet us. My first thought was that I didn't really want to deal with a salesman yet, thinking of all the negative stereotypes, but Cameo immediately put us at ease. He merely asked us a few questions about what we wanted in a car; he definitely didn't push us towards anything. We started looking over the Chrysler 200C, which was one of the autos we were interested in, and Cameo was very knowledgeable about its features. Rather than selling us on the vehicle's assets, he let us ask the questions. Never once did we feel pressured. In minutes, we were off on a test drive. Once we decided that we wanted to purchase the 200C, paperwork was minimal and quick. There was no pushing of unnecessary 'extras' as we had heard might be the case with some dealerships. Financing was arranged with minimal fuss, and within a day or two of initially seeing the 200C, we were the owners. What I had expected was a pushy salesman, trying to get us to buy something, anything, to help pad his quota. What we got was a very pleasant person who helped us focus on our desires, answered all of our questions immediately, and smoothly paved the way for us, no hassles, no pressure, no games. I have owned more than a dozen vehicles, and I can say without the shadow of a doubt that this was THE best experience I have ever had buying ANYTHING. My salesman, Cameo Buckner has went out of his way to make sure that I would have an incredible experience. I told him that I wanted a Dodge Charger that is black and it has to be a hemi. He made sure that I received exactly what I wanted. What's more incredible is that I kept the car about a week before I decided to purchase it.
