Best vehicle buying experience ever! We had a bad experience at a different dealership Monday evening and went to eat dinner to cool off and look to see what else we could find. My wife w We had a bad experience at a different dealership Monday evening and went to eat dinner to cool off and look to see what else we could find. My wife was cruising the Hebert's website and found a Grand Cherokee she wanted to look at. We called and spoke to Preston Evans, and he stayed late to let us look at the vehicle. We liked it, so he went and got us the bottom line on it, and it was a number we liked, so we left our car to have it appraised in the morning. Tuesday morning, he called and gave us a good number on our trade, so we pulled the trigger. That evening, we got to the dealer ship at 5:45pm and was finished with the paperwork in a hour. Preston was very knowledgeable, polite, accommodating, friendly, and professional. He really made our car buying experience a great experience.
