Wrong price Worked out a deal on a new truck through email. Salesman cleared the price with his manager. (price plus TT&L) When I got to the finance department, the price was several thousand dollars more than was what was agreed upon. (I read everything before I sign it) I had all the emails on my phone to prove the total price quoted. They said they made a mistake. I don't know where the mistake was made, but that was four hours of my life I'll never get back. If you work out a deal through email, make sure thats the FIRST thing you discuss when you get to the dealer. I don't think they did anything with malicious intent, but I was still very dissapointed. More

He is a very personable and professional.
