I arrived at the dealership at 6:40 AM to get in line early. Once the dealership opened, I expressed to Preston everything I needed fixed on my Chrysler. I asked for the technician to change my oil, chec early. Once the dealership opened, I expressed to Preston everything I needed fixed on my Chrysler. I asked for the technician to change my oil, check a sound that I heard near my passenger side tire, and my power steering fluid. I was told my vehicle would be ready within the hour, and I noticed it was sitting out in front and no one had said anything to me. I asked if my vehicle was ready and Preston said yes. He said the technician noted the power steering was low, so he went to confirm with the technician if he topped it off. The technician had NOT topped it off, so Preston told him to go to parts, get the power steering fluid and top off my vehicle. I was irritated by this because I asked for that to be taken care of when I arrived. I asked Preston if he checked that sound near my tire. Preston said he hadn’t noted anything, so Preston went to drive my vehicle himself. He came back and told me he heard the sound. Christian was gone on a test drive with another customer, so I continued to wait for him to return to check my vehicle. He was gone quite some time, and I continued to wait. It’s been over 2 hours at this point 🙄. Finally, Christian returned and drove my vehicle. He said it was a strut and I needed an alignment too. The part would not be available for 45 days. I left super frustrated and do not plan to return to this dealership again. More
