Dealership had my car for over 3 weeks, I brought it in because the AC didn’t work. I knew I had blend door issues. Initially Roy was handling it. I told Roy no matter what the issue is please change all 4 because the AC didn’t work. I knew I had blend door issues. Initially Roy was handling it. I told Roy no matter what the issue is please change all 4 AC actuators bc they explained to me how they can go bad at different times. After 6 days no one called me with an update, I had to call. I was told there was catastrophic AC damage and that the condenser had to also be replaced. Estimated total was over $4,000. I said ok go ahead and fix it. I put $2,500 down. Day 14 no one from the dealership reached out to give an update. After calling the dealership 3 days in a row leaving messages bc each time I was transferred the phone would hang up. I asked for the manager Chuck who told me Roy wasn’t with the company anymore, and that Nate was taking care of it. I transferred to Nate and again voicemail to which Nate never called back. I then called the dealership back 2 days later because once again no one would return my call. I asked for Chuck again, he then told me Shelby was handling my case. After talking to Shelby she tells me the totally will be an additional $2,000 almost. I said fine just fix it. She was telling me that I had blend door actuators that needed to be replaced and I said I know I told Roy I wanted all them replaced. She said that wasn’t in my price quote. The mechanic working on my car said one on the driver side needed to be replaced. I was passed bc from the get go I stated replace them all. Once the part finally can in that was labeled wrong and caught by Chuck my car was finished 2 days later. After picking my car up and paying a total sum over $6,200 my AC still did not blow cold, it got cool but not cold. Chuck was very professional and kind so was Mrs. Shelby. I returned to the dealer and asked for Chuck I explained to him that my car is now making a noise coming from the AC that it absolutely did not make when I dropped my car off originally nor does the AC get cold. Chuck was nice accompanied me my car listened for the noise and witnessed the AC didn’t blow cold. He had me drive around back and brought the mechanic who worked on my car. The mechanic explained I needed more actuators replaced. I brought my car to this dealership to have my AC fixed. I spent over $6,200 and my AC still doesn’t work. I initially told Roy that of course I wanted all the AC actuators changed since I’m spending this kind of money. Over 6K spent my AC still doesn’t work and no one seems to care. I bought that 2012 Dodge Charger from this dealership. I then turned around and bought a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. Never again, I can’t believe no one seems to care that I paid six thousand dollars to have the same problem when I showed up. All they offered was for me to put in another service order to have other actuators changed. Horrible service, I will never buy another car from this dealership More
