Pros: Work was completed on time Cons: The appointment creator online is garbage. My wife took off work for her appointment only to be told that this was only to physically look at the car and not begin s creator online is garbage. My wife took off work for her appointment only to be told that this was only to physically look at the car and not begin service or diagnoses. Even though we checked the “waiting box”. We had to drop off the vehicle three days later. The service advisor’s communication was terrible! I would call for updates and he would never respond. After I did get a hold of him he told me he would call in the morning to give a better completion time, that never happened. My wife called him to see when the vehicle was ready for pick up, which he responded with “tomorrow”. After we arranged for other transportation, he called back 15 minutes later to tell us it’s ready now. Come on, I would rather wait for a real answer than you’re made up one on the spot I take very good care of our vehicles through weekly washes and cleanings. When we got our vehicle back there were dirty boot prints all over the driver side. I could tell they ran the test equipment through the drivers window because there was dirt all over the door. As a prior mechanic, this shows a lack of respect to the paying customer. They could have taking a few extra minutes to whip down their mess. More
