It took two hours for an oil change. I understand I'm not the only customer, but when you call in advance and they tell you it only takes about 20 minutes I think they should clarify tha I understand I'm not the only customer, but when you call in advance and they tell you it only takes about 20 minutes I think they should clarify that means once they get to your vehicle. Also, once work was completed on my vehicle the technician brought it out and parked it in front of the waiting area. When he handed off the key fob to the service desk, I thought they would call me up in a couple of minutes to tell me I was ready. I sat for about another 10 minutes and finally went up to the desk and asked if I was ready. They had the paperwork sitting right there, so not sure why I wasn't called up sooner as they didn't seem to be working on any other customer's paperwork at that time. Other than that, no issues. Truck was brought in for first oil change and couple days later noticed oil spots in my garage. Brought it back and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. If I could give no stars I would. Bought a Certified Used 2021 Jeep GR Summit six months ago and already having issues. The FM antenna ($808) never worked and now the Service Airbag S Bought a Certified Used 2021 Jeep GR Summit six months ago and already having issues. The FM antenna ($808) never worked and now the Service Airbag System indicator is on. That's a charge of $164 for a diagnostic. Neither, they say, is covered! No phone call back from Joe, Chuck or Jeremy regarding the radio. I will NEVER do business there again. BEWARE! More
