Please be advised that I rated this location with a One Star due to the consistent lack of customer service and urgency that I encounter for majority of my visits. Although I take the time to schedule an a Star due to the consistent lack of customer service and urgency that I encounter for majority of my visits. Although I take the time to schedule an appointment, my vehicle is frequently treated as a “walk-in” and I’m often waiting over two hours for simple services and thus, having to cancel or reschedule important appointments due to the lack of urgency this location has for it’s customers. If given the opportunity, I would have chosen zero stars because this location is in a customer service industry and the key component; customer service, seems to be lacking when it pertains to not only myself but my vehicle as well. I am highly disappointed with this location with the exception of one service advisor. More

My prior visit I had a poor experience. Mike the was not in the office. They made me wait 45 minutes only to tell me the part they did order for me was not in. I then found they did not use the new car VIN in the office. They made me wait 45 minutes only to tell me the part they did order for me was not in. Did a great job but left oil and grease smudges all over vehicle. Had to wash entire vehicle when I returned home. Didn't anticipate having to clean my vehicle after a simple service. They replaced the incorrect camera and now a week plus later I have not received a phone call to have the correct cam to have serviced was not fixed.
