Service I understand the reasons behind inspections but you always find things that supposedly need fixing. There were 3 people in the waiting area that brought their vehicle in for minor things (tires, oil change, etc) and was approached with additional repairs for thousands of dollars. I feel those additional repairs really are not necessary and your labor rates are jacked up way too high. I think you would sell more additional repairs if your rates were much lower. Needless to say, none of the 3 approved the additional work. More

Very unhappy as the service was not completed I took my car to the repair department on 4 separate occasions for the same problem. The first two times was to have estimates given to me and schedu I took my car to the repair department on 4 separate occasions for the same problem. The first two times was to have estimates given to me and schedule a time frame. Pictures were taken of my damage and repairs needed. When I brought it in for repairs my car was not taken because my insurance company was not informed of the repair work needed and the appointment was cancelled... scheduled for a couple of weeks later. When I brought it back for the repairs finally, another set of pictures was taken of all areas needed...both repairs and warranty work (this was now a 4th set of pictures taken. When I came to pick up my car the warranty work was not done. As a matter of fact, they forgot about doing it. I was told by Steve he could have done it at the time my car was in during the week if he would have known about it. I informed him pictures were taken and this was even listed on my estimate. He said he would get back to me in a day or two with when to return after speaking to the company about the warranty issues. Now 3 weeks later and two phone calls later, I still am no closer with the warranty repair. THEY DID GET MY MONEY FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY for the other work. Currently, Rob is now checking into the warranty work information and will get back to me as Steve is out.....WE WILL SEE . I am very frustrated with this Repair department and would NOT refer people to them. VERY DISAPPOINTING. We will see when my work will get done... by the way...warranty work is only completed as long as the mileage is not exceeded. Even though pictures were taken of my mileage all 4 times I had it in and they documented the warranty work....that wont matter until the time I actually bring the vehicle in and actually have it done. -- Ginny More
